All registration fees must be paid in full seven
days prior to the beginning of the course (January 26, 2009). If your invoice reflects a balance due
at the time
of
registration, you will be required to
pay
the balance before attending the training. The only
exceptions to this policy are registrations being
paid by government purchase order or those who have
talked to Gurbax Sahota and made special arrangements
in advance.
CALED is pleased to incur expenses
on your behalf to process your registration. If necessary,
you may cancel your registration up to seven days before
the day of the event and your registration fee, less
a 15 percent handling fee, will be credited to a future
CALED event of your choice (to be used within a 12-month
period). All cancellations must be sent to CALED in
writing in order to be valid (faxed documents are acceptable).
CALED does not provide cash refunds for any reason.
Registrants who cancel less than seven days before the
day of the event and all no shows are responsible for
full payment. You may make a substitution at any time.
