LANCASTER - Cheryl Rose of the Los Angeles Economic Development Corp. wants to let businesses large and small know resources are available to them. "The development corporation provides resources that facilitate working with area developers and site selectors", said Rose, the corporation's Antelope Valley regional manager. Rose goes on to explain that the corporation can "help with Enterprise Zone, workers compensation, hiring and all the things that new businesses will need."

Economic Developers benefit from having a comprehensive working knowledge of companies that are in their area, companies that are trying to locate to their area, and companies that they would like to recruit to their area.
