Mona Dmitrenko is the Executive Director for the California Enterprise Development Authority (CEDA) whose goal is to issue Industrial Development Bonds (IDBs) for small to medium sized California manufacturers. IDBs are a powerful incentive for business expansion and location and Mona is well versed in business and project finance. She is committed to helping bring financing options and information to businesses and economic developers to help manufacturers, non-profits, and California communities looking for financing resources. As Executive Director of CEDA, she will be advancing our goal to issue Industrial Development Bonds (IDBs) for small to medium sized California manufacturers. IDBs are a powerful incentive for business expansion and location.

Mona is a native Californian. She grew up in Southern California and left to attend college at San Jose State University. Upon graduation, she joined Heller Financial - now part of GE Capital. She gained experience in all aspects of commercial finance including asset based lending, leveraged buyouts, and Debtor in Possession Financing. Additionally Mona spent time as an SBA Specialist for Bank of America. She has in-depth knowledge of the SBA 7A, 504 and SBA Express products. Additionally, she spent five years in high tech consulting sales. Her clients included Sutter Health, IBM, EDS, The Gap, and the County of Sacramento.

Ms. Dmitrenko is very active in the community. She has held many several board or chair positions with business and community based organizations. She has been active with the local SBA regional office as well as sat on the loan committee of California Capital. Currently she is a board member of CREW Sacramento, an international commercial real estate networking organization. She heads the Community Outreach Committee, which supports many worthy local charities including Habitat for Humanity - Women Build Project, the Mustard Seed School, and the Ronald McDonald House.
