Cindy Trobitz-Thomas has worked for the City of Eureka for the past 23 years, 22 of which have been in the Redevelopment Agency. She holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Santa Clara.

As Redevelopment and Housing Director, Cindy manages the day-to-day activities of the Eureka Enterprise Zone, Redevelopment and Housing projects, City's Revolving Loan Program and Foreign Trade Zone Program. She is also a representative on the Board of Directors of North Coast Small Business Development Center, California Association of Enterprise Zones, and California Association for Local Economic Development.
