Economic development is constantly evolving and there are new techniques and strategies to learn. This year, CALED will have three session tracks:
Tried & True—Highlight the best practices that economic developers use in their communities on a daily basis. These sessions will focus on successful activities that can be replicated in other communities and have a “step-by-step” approach.
Lead & Succeed—In order to stay at the top of your game, economic developers need to continually improve. This improvement can be seen through skill development as well as personal growth and leadership.
Next Generation—The changing demographics of our communities and our industries are opportunities for growth. Show how your community has embraced these transformations and created a space where the next generation of businesses and people are flourishing.
