Pernell Sullivan joined the CALED team in the fall of 2007 from CA EPA's Air Resource Board. He assists Paula Connors by conducting research and providing support for the recently established financing authority, CEDA (California Enterprise Development Authority).

He is enthusiastic about his position and is eager to learn and increase his capacity to grow. Pernell grew up in Sacramento, where he also attends California State University, Sacramento. He is currently pursuing a degree in Finance and Risk Management with a minor in Marketing and is enthusiastic about graduating soon. Pernell looks forward to life after college.

As well as working for CALED, Pernell is an active member in his school and community, where through different organizations, he commits his free time to helping others.
