Michael Olague

Michael Olague is the Sales Director for Rabobank, N.A., responsible for managing the Bank’s community banking and business banking offices in Sacramento, San Joaquin Valley, Coachella Valley, Ontario, Glendale, and Imperial Valley. He is based out of the bank’s Bakersfield office and has 30 years experience in the banking industry. During his banking career, Michael has held a number of positions including Business Banking Manager, Middle Market Banking Manager, and District Manager for Retail Banking.

A Bakersfield native, Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in business from Cal State University, Bakersfield. He also is a graduate of the University of Virginia Graduate Banking School.

Michael currently is on the executive board for Mid State Development, advisory board for CSUB business school, and a member of the Bakersfield College foundation board.
