Kevin Ham, CEcD


Kevin Ham is the Director of Economic Development for Vista where he oversees relationships between the City and the business community. He works closely with the Chamber, Visitor Bureau, Main Street program and other business organizations in the city. He also served as the Executive Director of the Vista Economic Development Association.

Prior to joining the City of Vista, Kevin created economic development programs and partnerships in the health care industry. As Director of Community and Government Relations for Family Health Centers of San Diego, Kevin assisted companies within an enterprise zone to develop programs to meet uninsured and underinsured workers.

Kevin was the Director of Economic Development for the City of Coronado. Prior to that Kevin formed the Coronado Transportation Management Association where he worked on developing and implementing the Coronado Economic Development Strategic Plan.

Kevin became a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) from the International Economic Development Council in 2007.
