“Newly Released” Economic Development Handbook

The best tool for explaining the purpose and proceedures behind economic development. Produced in a partnership between the League of California Cities, the California State Association of Counties (CSAC), the Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and CALED, the E.D. Handbook is a 58-page publication that is used as a tool for educating local elected officials, new economic development professionals, and others who affect the California economy. Authored by Jim King of JK Inc., it is written in a clear and concise format, and is filled with case studies that illustrate the application of the processes described in the book.
