2007 Awards of Excellence Application
Process
(Awards will be presented on May 1, 2008 in Anaheim, CA)
Only CALED members may nominate a project or program. You can only submit one entry per each category. When submitting more than one project or program, a separate nomination and entry fee must be submitted for each nomination.
This year, all nominations will be submitted online. Within the online application, you will be able to upload a link to up to 3 web pages. You will also be able to upload up to 3 supporting documents. Please limit the size of your supporting documents. More is not better (one-to-two page documents is a good guideline). Within the online application, you must explain the significance of each uploaded document and weblink. Documents and links with no explanation will be ignored.
You will be provided a code to return to your nomination at any time. However, once you click “Finished”, you will not be able to update your nomination. At the point you click “finished”, you will be charged the application fee if you are paying by credit card. If you are paying by check, you will receive an invoice shortly and must remit payment by March 2, 2008. Any application that has not been paid for will not be considered.
A panel of CALED members, expert in various aspects of the field of economic development, will evaluate each nomination package. For more information, contact My Kristy Nong with CALED, at mknong@caled.org.

Anaheim, CA
Awardees can have CALED staff make a second awards
presentation at a local venue. Please submit these requests to Gurbax
Sahota at gsahota@caled.org.
